Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $650K in Pacifica, CA.
PJ was the greatest!! She was very attentive to our concerns, she walked us through all of the steps of purchasing, we felt so taken care of. Our process went smoothly and timely, she got us a great home with a great price, everyone involved the buyer and seller were very happy.
I'm also working with her presently on my selling of a complicated Tenant In Common, she has assisted us with a knowledge base of loans and has helped with the other Tenants concerns and questions. I totally trust PJ, she knows how to approach problems in a impressive solution oriented process, there's not one issue that she could not solve!!

My wife and I worked with PJ Kaur in buying and financing our dream home on the coast. Thanks to PJ's careful listening style and real estate savvy, the entire process took only 6 short weeks, from love at first sight to financing our mortage. I recommend her highly to anyone who needs an experienced and trustworthy real estate agent and mortgage broker who takes her clients' needs seriously and knows how to help them manifest their dream homes. Her lovely and graceful personality also makes it a pleasure to work with her! 5 stars on every measure.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.65M in Lafayette, CA.
I used PJ as my buyer's agent three times and each time she was able to get me in the first position. She is energetic, smart, a formidable negotiator, tieless and will go that extra mile for her client. She also cares and would call us just to check in before and after the closing. She solicited my input every step and discussed strategy with me before approaching the other side and kept me in the loop. Since she is also a mortgage broker and acts as both seller's and buyer's agent, she has a very good overall view and understanding of the various steps of the transaction. For example, when many said it was impossible to do a funding and close on the same day, she found a way to complete transaction same day.

Pj was very knowledgeable about the whole process. She has over 25 years of experience processing loans and negotiating with people, which definitely showed with our results. Pj is also always attentive and up to date with industry trends. I enjoyed working with her and I will absolutely ask for her help again in the future.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in South San Francisco, CA.
I highly recommend PJ and her City Loans company. She's very knowledgeable and gets the best rates (she helped me with my home purchase and subsequent refinance).
She also helped my wife and I find our first home for a GREAT price in the Peninsula despite it being a "Seller's Market." Her customer service is incredible. She listened to what we were looking for and managed our expectations very well (it was a tough going in this Seller's Market for a while) and we ultimately got a great home for a great price. And, as this was my first home, she helped me every step of the way including getting my appraisal and inspection done while answering all my (sometimes) foolish questions along the way. She negotiates on your behalf like a bulldog and presents your offers in a way that seem to win bids despite perhaps not being the highest offer. She closes escrow quickly and always seems to develop a great repore with the other agent.
PJ has also helped my parents with loans for the better part of 3 decades and they have nothing but amazing things to say about her.
She is more of loan agent than a real estate agent. She claims to have lot of exp in real estate , but seems like a newbie.
Very poor negotiation skills and fears she might lose the deal if she tried negotiating, and instead she did put lot of pressure on me(buyer) and even exposed me directly to sellers agent , giving direct access to seller's agent who used it to push me
Could be very pushy as real estate agent, defintely no if you are a first time buyer as all she wants to is get deal done at any cost without considering the sentiments of the buyer nor if its worth the money being put in
She is too busy to even accomadate tours of open houses.
