Bought a home in 2012.
Precious made our transfer from out of state so easy. Not being familiar enough with the area, she guided us on the different communities and then took the lead on negotiating and even closing while we were still out of state. Have already recommended her to several friends and family who have also been thrilled with her service-oriented nature.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Deerwood, Jacksonville, FL.
I have worked with several real estate agent and representative over the years, and hands down, Precious Nyathis is the best of all of the them. She is professional, curtious, and an expert in the Jacksonville real estate market. I recently moved to Jacksonville and needed to find a place to live, her advice and council was on point every time. She was always representing my best interest. Precious showed me around, made sure that I got a good understanding of the different neighborhoods, the good and the not so good about them. She made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right the decision. After several weeks of working with Precious, I am happy to say I found a beautiful home for a great price.

Bought a home in 2012.
Because it was my first attempt at purchasing a home, I was as green as grass. Precious made the entire process seamless and flawless. She's a process expert with a heart and mind for her clients. When I did not even know what questions to ask for my well being; she did. But she did it in such a way that I felt at the end that I had actually thought of the question myself. She was always accessible, day or night. Precious found me exactly what I was looking for. I've been in my home almost a year and she still touches bases to see how things are going with the home. If process excellence is what you're looking for; look no further because you've found it.

Our experience in purchasing our new home was wonderful thanks to Precious. She is extremely knowledgeable in the local market and provided us property listings for consideration that perfectly matched what we were looking for. She works very hard and went above and beyond to coordinate with home inspectors, our lender, the title agency and other entities we had to work with on our behalf and helped speed along the process. She maintains excellent lines of communication and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and much of that is due to the fact that we chose Precious as our agent. We highly recommend Precious to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I wanted to share my experience with my Realtor Precious Nyathi. If you guys are ever in need of a realtor this is your woman. She sold my house and help me purchase my mom's house within months apart. She did everything and anything she could to get things moving along as quickly as possible. When I had my terrible doubts she was there to ease my troubles. Not only did she help my mom, she helped her seller when his realtor came up short. She's very honest and has years of experience.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Hillcrest, Jacksonville, FL.
You will not regret choosing Precious as your agent. She posesses integrity and a work ethic lacking in many people today. She not only listed my parents home she worked very hard to find a buyer for a home that was an older home in a declining neighborhood in Jacksonville in a depressed market. Problems arose and she found ways to overcome the obstacles for me. She was there in body, not just a voice over the phone. I would highly recommend her. House sold May 2012_7mos time

I have known Precious for over 4 years. In that time she has assited us in selling and buying a home. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market and works very hard to keep her clients informed. Sold a home in 2010.
I've actually utiltized her services and expertise during the sale of my old new home and also the purchase of a new one (at the same time). I thought her knowlege of the industry and her being thorough increased my confidence that she had my best interest. There were several times as we were searching for homes for me that sale persons of model home complimented her knowledge, and also her being knowledgable on current issues. I appreciate her hard work on getting me a good deal, and getting me what i wanted. She's truely an asset to her company.

Precious was a gift & very special person that went beyond to help us.
She sold my belated sister in Jacksonville, FL. She got the house ready to sell as it needed a lot of work. Since I live in IL, she found repair men that was needed. She got many estimates. She always contacted me & I would give her the go ahead or not.
She had many open houses & stayed on top of everything until it was closed. Any one she works for will get all she can give. I highly recommend her. She was our Angel. We couldn't have sold this house without her.

Bought a home in 2008.
Precious was the most amazing real estate agent we have had the pleasure dealing with. She is patient and listens to what your desires are in a home--she then finds every home that meets those desires and works hard to get appointments etc set up.
We were from out of town when our home search began. We did not know much about the area, the schools, or anything else that would have been relevant in purchasing a home. She did all her research and was well aware of the that info for each home that we looked at.
Did I mention her patience? The first time we came to town, we looked at about 30 homes within 2 days. The second time, I ended up coming by myself. She took me to look at about 25 homes all in one day since my visit was short.
She went above and beyond the call of duty when I needed a ride to the airport at 4:00am the next morning! She was HAPPY to do it.
Needless to say, she helped us to find the perfect home for our family and was instrumental in getting the price that we needed (we sounded crazy at the time).
Till this day, I recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for a home.
