I recently purchased a home from Liz Ngyuen. The Office staff at and my agent were great. Liz is very knowledgeable, her persistence and knowledge gave us the edge on negotiations that we needed to close our deal within our budget and time frame.

I worked with Liz Nguyen to purchase my first home. Liz was awesome, I have very particular taste and she never gave up on finding the perfect house for me. She is very persistent and made me feel comfortable with my first purchase. Her attitude and shining personality also helped to ease stress and kept the process fun!

I recently purchased a home with the help of the best Realtor I could of hoped for, Liz Nguyen. Liz has been amazing, she went above and beyond to make this transaction happen smooth and effortless.
This is the first home I have purchased and was quite clueless about the whole home buying process. Liz helped guide me through this maze with ease and knew which house was the perfect fit for us, also her tireless effort to got us the best deal.
Liz is very personable, smart, witty, dedicated professional and above all an absolute joy to work with! I would not have wanted to do it with anyone but her.
If you are lucky enough to get her to represent you, I am positive you will be as happy as I am with the whole home buying process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Tucson, AZ.
I contacted Liz Nguyen and ask her to look for some houses for me , she responded quickly, i was not sure if i wanted to buy a house, ok I wanted to but, I was afraid since it was going to be my first home, she made it easy always explaining with details all my questions, she showed me exactly what I wanted. When i found my house she quickly started working on the offer, she hepled me not only find my beautiful home, she made the whole process a very good experience. Thank you Liz.

Liz Nguyen was professional as well as personable. She made our home buying process a breeze. Even when we would change our mind on what house we wanted to buy Liz would go right to work on helping us with setting up our next offer. She was always there for us when we had questions, no matter the hour of the day and alot of the times would stay up late into the night to make sure our offers were processed in a timely manner. Overall she made our home buying process alot easier than I know that it could have been and always let us know we had a trusted friend/highly skilled professional on our side. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

Matthew’s agent Liz Nguyen was the greatest. We had been looking at homes and open houses for two years and at the same time interviewing the agents that had them for sale so when the time came that we were ready to buy, we could call the agent that we thought was the best for us. That was Liz. She was so patient. We had a lot of challenges and being that this was not the first house we had bought, we knew what we wanted and WHAT WE DID NOT WANT. She would just say, very patiently "Is this a deal breaker miss Pam" and I would say YES. And on we went to the next house. We never felt pressured by her. She did her homework. She always had time for us. Made us feel like we were the most important clients. And we finally found our house which we are very happy with. We just want her to come back to see what we have done with it. We are very happy and would highly recomend her.

Liz was a valuable ally who becme a more valuable friend. She never tried to sell me on something that didn't fit me or my needs and was a masterful negotiator. I was lucky to have her ony side!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Green Valley, AZ.
To clarify, I dealt with Ms. Liz Nguyen in my transaction, who works for Mr. Matthew Gutierrez. I called his office a couple of times and was treated very well, and I would deal with no other real estate office.
I have had dealings with real-estate sales people, and used car salesmen, and prior to dealing with Liz Nguyen, I felt that they were one in the same. Liz knew the area and many support people that jumped when she called to give excellent service. (meaning people like the exterminator) When she called it was not days and days of waiting. Just the opposite, they were there within hours or sooner. Liz has a great personality, friendly and was there when we needed her. This was a quick decision on the house we bought. We wanted the first one, but Liz told us to be sure and look at other houses as well. Even though we ended up buying the first house, Liz invested a lot of time that turned out that was not necessary but she did it so we would be sure. She was there for the inspection, and checked on the construction that had to be done for us, because we were out of state when process of closing etc. took place. She even went back to take more pictures of the house for us to show to friends. I would recommend Liz to anyone wishing to buy a home. She is no used car salesmen for sure, she is a pleasant REAL-ESTATE SALES PERSON. Any questions please call me at 509-679-6108. In reference to the address, what I gave you is what the post office says, but there is still some question. Come October it will be straightened out..
