Brad and his team helped us through some difficult and lengthy negotiations for the purchase of a Prescott home. They were patient and helpful. We would recommend them unequivocally.

Bought a Single Family home in 2005 in Prescott, AZ.
Back in 2006 at the peak of the housing boom as first time buyers we found ourselves in difficult situation, we wanted a small affordable home we could start our family in, there were plenty of small homes but it seemed that all of the affordable ones were gone the same day they were listed. We had already enlisted a realtor to keep his eye out for us but it seemed that he was more interested in his percentage. I stumbled upon Brad when I called on one of the houses he was selling, he talked me out of that house after hearing what we wanted but gave me loads of information on other homes in the tri-city area. After taking my wife and I out on several house hunting expeditions just to be literally minutes too late on a few homes I received a phone call from Brad telling me about a house that had been listed a couple of hours ago. We met up and checked out the house, he made an offer by noon, and that night we were signing papers. We bought the house Dec. of 2005 for 125k at the peak of the boom, and in 2008 as the market began to crash we sold for 176k. Brad stayed in contact and helped up through both processes, it would be hard to find another realtor more dedicated and sincere than Brad in the tri-city area. He is a family man dedicated to his clients. Thank you Brad.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Prescott, AZ.
My wife and I had been looking for homes in the Prescott area for the past six years. We first contacted Brad due to one of his "short sale" listings in October 2010. He was so professional and well versed on that and several other properties, that I was truly impressed. Months and many prospective properties later, I called him back out of the blue to see if he could help us with a purchase. He remembered who I was, the properties I had asked him about in October, and the price range of homes we were interested in. I knew I had found my man.. We have just completed a tricky bank owned/auction property that required numerous last minute hurdles. Brad went well beyond the expected and handled himself in a very professional manner, keeping us up to speed on all steps of the process. I will certainly recommend him to others and go back to him for future real estate needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 in Chino Valley, AZ.
Brad sold us a home in Chino Valley. We told him what we were looking for and he went out searching until he found it. He got us exactly what we wanted, and didn't give up looking for it until he found it. He put our first home up for sale for us as well. He was very active and diligent about showing and selling the home. He always had people in looking at it and checking it out. We have been very pleased with all the services he provided for us. When we get ready to buy or sell again, he's our man!
