Many people ask about the open space there behind the house in trailmark. This is part of the Denver Botanical Gardens/Chatfield. This has at least another 90 years that it will NOT be developed. This open space provides the avenue for the wildlife to get to/from the Mountains and the Chatfield Reservoir. There are many trails through here that Trailmark people can use - wonderful!
