Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Arlington Heights, IL.
Working with Jen was great! She was recommended to us by a friend who recently bought a home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and what to look for in a home. Her feedback and input on properties was honest and insightful. We definitely felt that she had our best interest in mind when looking for a home. We never felt pressured to buy a home. She has a great balance of professionalism and personality. As a first time home buyer, we felt comfortable asking Jen tons of random questions regarding the home buying process. She took time to explain everything and walk us through some of the more complicated pieces. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Niles, IL.
Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with. I found out about her through the recommendation of a friend. She was a great balance of professional yet laid back so we always felt very comfortable speaking and dealing with her. One of the things I loved about Jen is that she wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She was the first person to start lifting up carpet to see if there was hardwood underneath and inspecting the filthiest of crevices to check for mold, mildew, cracks, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable about how much additional work that would be needed to get a house in the condition that we wanted. She never made us feel rushed when we looked at homes, even on the trips when we looked at 15+ houses in a day. I would definitely recommend Jen to anyone looking to buy a new home.…More Less
