    Bought a home in 2013.
    We can not say enough great things about Phil! He everything you can want and more in a Real Estate Professional. I loved that he is not pushy and does not make you feel pressured. I also appriciated the fact that he kept in touch with us in ways that did not make us feel bad for not being ready to purchase a house yet. I felt like he cared about our needs and when we were ready he was there for us. I felt more like he was a family friend than someone trying to make me buy a house. We were lucky to have met him and he is most defiantely invited to our house warming party with his family. I highly recommend Phil to everyone!
