Phil is an excellent agent. His no pressure approach makes buyers feel comfortable. He has a vast knowledge of Real Estate. We were new to the Charlotte area and Phil directed us on where to buy to ensure a smart investment. He educated us throughout the entire process and never lost sight of our needs. He was great to work with; he has extensive knowledge of the local housing market, listened to what we wanted, and helped us make the right decision. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Huntersville, NC.
Phil was a joy to work with. This was our very first house we've purchased, so we asked a ton of dumb questions, but he never once made us feel inadequate or dumb. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly from our first meeting to negotiation to closing and even afterwards. When we purchase our next house or sell the one we're in the only person we will call will be Phil.

I would highly recommend Phil. This was the first house that I have ever purchased and Phil walked me through each process and relieved a lot of my stress. Phil is very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market in the Charlotte area. He doesn’t try to sell you on different properties and really lets you ‘take the wheel’ in your decision making process. He was able to negotiate the price down and I got a great deal on my first house. If anyone is looking for a realtor in the Charlotte area, you should give Phil a call.

Phil helped my wife and I to buy our first house in southeast Charlotte. We had no idea what we were doing, and Phil helped us every step of the way. He was incredibly patient and explained everything to us. Even though we told him that our budget was somewhat modest and that we were not in a rush to buy a house right away, Phil was always very responsive to our needs. He never made us feel like we weren't a top priority. Phil worked around my and my wife's work schedules, often showing us houses in the evening or on the weekends. Once we finally found a house that we liked, Phil helped us to negotiate a really great deal on the house. He knew every step to take, and helped us with everything we needed, from a lawyer for our closing to someone to conduct the inspection to finding the best lender. He spent lots of time going over paperwork with us and explaining all the details to us due to our inexperience. At the end of the day whether you want to spend $100,000 or $1,000,000 on a house, Phil is a realtor that you can trust, that has your best interests at heart, and that will make you a top priority. He will be there every step of the way. He is professional, responsive, honest, and a great person to work with. We recommend him highly.
