Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Mankato, MN.
My wife and I were first-time homebuyer, we really needed someone who could show us houses, but also teach us what to look for and how to notice quality in each home.
Even though we lived south of the cities, Ryan spent alot of time with us and he was very educated with the city and the neighborhoods. He was always open to look at houses and it didn't matter how many we wanted to look at in one night. It also didn't take Ryan long to realize what exactly we were looking for in home and he told us every little detail about each place. His experience gave us the insight we needed to make this big decision.
We are so happy with the house we purchased and we felt we got a great deal on the property. At first we were really nervous about the experience but it became very fun and Ryan made it that way because of his personality. He made it enjoyable and he is a great person to work with. It is very important to have someone that cares about you as a married couple and is very trustworthy. If you choose Ryan to be your agent, you will not be disappointed!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Rosemount, MN.
Ryan was extremely helpful while looking for and then purchasing our home. He was open to meeting during our times of availablilty and was so helpful with the entire process. We felt comfortable asking all of our questions and it really made the home buying experience that much less stressful! We would recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced agent.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Maple Grove, MN.
I used Ryan to buy my house in St. Michael and to sell my house in Maple Grove. I couldnt have asked for a better experience for both transactions. Bought a home in 2009.
I purchased a house in 2009 using ryan dybevik as my agent. In my experience with realtors I,ve found them pretty much like vanilla, i.e. nice but bland.Ryan was a different. he treated me as if I was his only client. I never felt rushed in choosing a home. believe me I,m not an easy customer to deal with, probably my age has something to do with that. I would gladly recommend ryan to anyone looking to buy a home.

Ryan did a great job for my family and I, as he helped us buy a house last summer (2010). Ryan is a very honest and trustworthy person and is an excellent negotiator. Ryan is available by phone or e-mail and returns calls immediately. Ryan is very friendly and is easy to talk too, which makes this sometime stressful time a bit easier. I would recommend Ryan to anyone that is buying or selling their home.
