My mother and father bought this condo several decades ago and when their health started to decline and the family no longer used the condo we decided that was the best time for us to sell it. When looking for an agent, my mom mentioned that she has been speaking every month or so with a young man that was very friendly, and eager to help her sell her condo whenever she was ready to do so. She asked me to call him and evaluate if he was our best choice to choose to represent our interests in the sale of this property. Considering the large price tag of this asset, this was an important decision. I liked the fact that he was cold-calling aggressively to the area, and I interviewed him one Monday morning.

I hired Quinn and his team early this year after several months of contact and trust building between he and I. After my agent friend was unable to successfully list and sell my home for the price I needed, I let Quinn and his team step in and take over. Their marketing is unlike anything I have seen in the market relative to what other teams, agents, and offices are offering. I liked most the drone video work that he did for the inside and outside of my condo and complex.
Although I had trouble with the emotional and physical stresses of the process, Quinn was always there to help comfort and simplify the process for me. I don’t think I would have gotten the price I did in the time I did without the professionalism and support of Quinn and his team. I would definitely hire them again.
Last year my wife and I decided that the mansion we bought in Poway was not the right fit for our family. We knew we wanted something more cul-de-sac like where our kids could play with the neighbor kids and we could have a more neighborhood feel. Quinn clued right into what we were looking for and showed us street called Marisa Lane in Olivenhain hills Encinitas. Without wasting our time, he listened to our thoughts and clued right into what we were looking for.
We know he does a lot of work in San Diego city and Pacific Beach, so we were very impressed as to how knowledgeable he was about North County, Encinitas, and Del Mar as well. This is an A+ team Quinn has running and we loved the experience.
Quinn gave us a 1 day tour of apartments in the area. After suggesting communities I was interested in, Quinn put together a tour that included at least one apartment in each community in order to get a feel for each. He stopped at other places along the way at our request as well. Overall, Quinn was knowledgeable in the different communities and the area in general, and was able to answer all of our questions.

What I enjoyed most about working with Quinn was his responsiveness. He was able to meet all of our schedule requests and had no problem traveling from San Diego to show us properties in Orange County. Quinn will definitely be my realtor for years to come.
