I am dually certified as both a CSP and a CFS. A CSP is a Certified Short Sale Professional and a CFS is a Certified Foreclosure Specialist. Both designations provide excellent training and unique insight and strategies for handling these types of transactions successfully. These designations are NOT cheap, which is why so few agents will obtain them.
