Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Bradenton, FL.
Radinka is the best. She listened to what amenities we were looking for in the price range requested. She has a very well earned reputation for working hard for her clients. She is well organized, extremely knowledgeable of the area, and communicates constantly with her clients. I'm very happy to recommend Radinka to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Palmetto, FL.
Radinka didn't miss a beat. If you called or emailed her, she was right back with an answer!! She was pleasant, courteous and most of all a true professional as a Realtor. I would use her again and will refer her to all our friends who may need a realtor in the future.

Because of Radinka's responsiveness we were able to get a great deal on a short sale. Without her help, we would still be looking for the perfect home. Instead, we are living in it.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Riverview, FL.
Radinka was unbelievable. She went above and beyond every step of the way. From the start, she listened to us and heard what our needs were and tailored our house search to meet those needs. She responded immediately to any questions and concerns we had and always made us feel comfortable. We never felt pressured by her, rather we always felt that she had our best interest at heart. She was so patient with us during our search. In the end, she helped us get into the perfect home for us. We so enjoyed working with her, that we were actually a little sad on closing day because we knew we wouldn't be communicating with her regularly anymore.

eI have know Radinka for about 4 almost 5 years now and I have seen her help more people buy/sell/rent homes than anyone I have known. Her dedication is to her clients and she literally will not rest until each and everyone of her clients are satisfied. I am currently looking to buy my 1st home and she has gone above and beyond my expectations. She has already found several homes for me to check out that meet my criteria. As a 1st time home buyer, I am probably being a little picky, but that does not matter to her. Her main priority is that her clients are happy and love their home 150%. I have recommended Radinka to a several friends and family memeber's and will continue to forward her information to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home. Her expertise and knowledge of the communities is outstanding. If she does not know the answer to a question, she will find it for you with in that sam day, sometimes even hours. Buying a property overseas can be exciting, but also quite daunting!
