Ryan decided to leave the IT sales industry and make the full time leap to a full time agent and he is thrilled he did.
Along with an assortment of sales, marketing, and management courses, Ryan''s formal education includes a degree in Information Technology. While he embraces the technology he learned in previous employment, he feels technology is as a tool to help communicate with clients and market his listings. Specializing in high resolution photography, he feels his listing photos speak for themselves, and they are such an important tool when trying to sell a home. He also believe''s in old-fashioned activities like answering the phone, listening carefully, and being responsive to my client''s wants, needs, questions, and concerns is just as important as well.
Not only is he a Licensed Salesperson with Heartland Home Properties, he is also the Operations Manager handling multiple office duties including accounting, billing management, contract management, client interaction, managing prospective leads, website development, marketing, and following up with past clients.
When Ryan is not busy with real estate, he enjoys exercising, motor sports, being an avid baseball fan and spending time with his wife.
