Clement is a truly professional in real estate field. He is always responsive, patient, considerate and most importantly, honest. I met Clement at the open house of my current home. I was cautious at the beginning and you know, although I researched a lot about home purchasing as well as asked a lot advices from friends and relatives, this is still my first time of purchasing a home. Clement was always listening carefully to my needs and concerns and then trying his best to answer my questions and fulfill my requests. His answers are always accurate and definitely reliable. We finally reached an ideal price with the seller and both parties were happy. After the escrow was closed, Clement continued to care about my experience with the new home and this afternoon he even came over and helped me with my questions regarding the new bills.
