asking a prospective buyer to contact the office for more details sounds like the agent has another job where she can't be interupted. Make sure your agent advertises themselves and their direct number instead of call my office and speak to anyone

I processed ethics compliants against realtors for 4 years before ever selling a home. I then became an exclusive Buyers Agent for 3 years before I ever listed a home. Now I've been in the market just shy of 10 years and I have never BS'd a client. Sure my business has suffered due to ego driven listing agents and greedy sellers but I bet none of them thought I was off my rocker when I presented an offer. I have even worked with buyers who took over a year to find the right house. Good news is the market in San Diego is practically affordable again so those clients I was able to help will be calling again soon . . . I hope! :-)
