asking a prospective buyer to contact the office for more details sounds like the agent has another job where she can't be interupted. Make sure your agent advertises themselves and their direct number instead of call my office and speak to anyone
I processed ethics compliants against realtors for 4 years before ever selling a home. I then became an exclusive Buyers Agent for 3 years before I ever listed a home.
