Chris Barnett is an excellent realtor. There are so many attributes about him. In my experience with Chris as he sold my house in Josephine County, it all began with him thinking out of the box by taking beautiful photographs of the house and property showing a perspective no one else ever thought of just because he was willing to climb a steep hill in his dress shoes. That hinted at the amazing extra mile he takes to provide the very best service to his clients. It was a tough real estate market, yet using every means possible, including using his knowledge of the latest technology and media. While eating dinner at a local restaurant, I told the owner about a house I saw in the local area. I was told if I wanted to buy a house, I should contact Chris, because he was the best, and knew the area where I wanted to buy (he had owned a home only one street over). I called Chris about the house I found and he informed me he had an appointment in the next hour, but would gladly meet me at the house on his way to the next appointment. That was only the first of many times Chris would show us a house. We ended up putting in multiply offers on houses in two different towns.

Whenever I would call Chris, he would get right back to me. In fact, he texted me answers to questions while he was across the country in Washington DC (even sent me pictures of Airforce One).

Chris and his staff made the process of buying a home simple. We never felt pressured, even though we were dealing with a short deadline, and I never felt like Chris grew tired of my many questions and requests.

I know for a fact that I will use Chris again when the time come to either sell this house, or buy a new one.

On a side note, Chris is now helping one friend sell her home and another friend locate a new home.
