Summary:

John sold us our house in San Juan Capistrano, and ten years later we asked him to list it for us when we decided to leave CA. Our house sold in three months and I am certain that the quick sale was due to his expertise. I am John Sturdevant, the friendly real estate broker that you will want on your side of all of your real estate transactions. A career Real Estate Broker since graduating from the University of California with my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1994.

The difference you will find with me, is that Real Estate Sales has been my chosen profession and full time career. I did not just fall into it after failing in some other line of work. My heart is in helping buyers and sellers meet their goals, making it fun and as painless as possible. I am personally available and accountable to my respected clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
