Sold a home in 2013.
I met with John Barrentine 2 years ago for a listing presentation on my property. Due to some outside issues with the property, I have not been able to list it yet. However, he has been bringing me qualified buyers for it ever since! He is always very professional, prompt, and friendly. A really nice guy who is a pleasure to work with. I know literally hundreds of agents here in LA, but very few are as pleasurable and professional to work with as John is. A rare jewel!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $925K in Mid City, Los Angeles, CA.
Morgan and John did a wonderful job finding a buyer for our home. They each have their own unique strengths and they work very well together as a team. If you are selling a property in the miracle mile area I would highly recommend talking to them.

Bought a home in 2009.
I highly recommend RED Real Estate for everyone's real estate needs. I bought a house with the assistance and representation of Morgan Pasco and John Barrentine in 2009. They were very dilligent and professional in all dealings with myself and the seller. They made the buying process as simple as possible. I have also enlisted RED Real Estate's help with renting a unit on my property and listing my property for sale. In all my dealings with them, I have found them helpful, caring and efficient in getting the job done! They go beyond the normal job requirements and take care of their clients to the full extent! I will use them again when the time comes for another purchase!

Bought a home in 2012.
We had an extremely positive experience with the RED real estate team. Tiffany Chin was our real estate agent and we could not have been happier. My fiance and I were in the market looking for our first home together. Initially, we had our eyes set on a single family home in West Los Angeles but eventually we ended up purchasing a condo in downtown. The RED real estate team was very flexible and patience with us as it took us awhile to figure out where we wanted to live and what we were looking for. They were great in walking us through the process and keeping us informed daily after we had submitted our offer. Even though it was my first purchase, we felt very comfortable knowing that we had the RED real estate team on our side and would highly recommend them!

Nobody knows the Wilshire Vista area better than Morgan Pasco. She was an incredibly valuable asset in assessing all matters pertaining to my purchase of a triplex.What great fortune to have her years of expertise! I highly recommend her.

Ever since we have met and known John & Morgan, we were confident and comfortable in having them as our agents. Their experience and knowledge of the Los Angeles area was a plus for us, and with all of the real estate agents out there, they work harder for the buyer/sellers. I would highly recommend them as your personal agents.

My husband and I have have been through many real estate transactions through the years in many cities with many realtors. We have never encountered the level of service, expertise, taste, and just plain loving kindness as we did with Red Real Estate. We admire them as professionals and people, and very gladly recommend them to friends, particularly our discerning friends. Red came through for us with flying colors.
