Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Erie, CO.
We recently bought a home in Erie, CO, and we were very happy with our realtor, Lydia Creasey. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and the home buying process in general. In addition to that she is highly professional while also friendly and easy to work with. It was clear that she had our best interest in mind and knew when to be patient with us as well as when to encourage us to act quickly. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Lafayette, CO.
We worked with Lydia Creasey from Remax Alliance/Boulder and I have to say that she did a amazing job of helping us find our first home. We must of looked at well over 15 homes and Lydia was always up to the challenge of showing us the home. We can't thank her enough for the excellent job that she did. Not only is she an excellent real-state agent but recommended a loan officer that was just as amazing in the whole process. Lydia answered every question we had and if she didn't know the answer to it she would find out. Also, when we called Lydia, over 95% of the time she answered her phone and if we left her a message she could call us back really fast.
