I was very impressed with Brenda Love Bennett's negotiating skills as she assisted me in purchasing a home. She has also assisted me in marketing a home, which has been very professionally done. She is particularly effective in keeping me informed of pertinent developments and in making helpful suggestions.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Erie, CO.
We recently bought a home in Erie, CO, and we were very happy with our realtor, Lydia Creasey. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in and the home buying process in general. In addition to that she is highly professional while also friendly and easy to work with. It was clear that she had our best interest in mind and knew when to be patient with us as well as when to encourage us to act quickly. Overall we had a positive home-buying experience and enjoyed working with our realtor. We would definitely recommend RE/MAX Alliance of Boulder--specifically, Lydia Creasey--to others.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Lafayette, CO.
We worked with Lydia Creasey from Remax Alliance/Boulder and I have to say that she did a amazing job of helping us find our first home. We must of looked at well over 15 homes and Lydia was always up to the challenge of showing us the home. We can't thank her enough for the excellent job that she did. Not only is she an excellent real-state agent but recommended a loan officer that was just as amazing in the whole process. Lydia answered every question we had and if she didn't know the answer to it she would find out. Also, when we called Lydia, over 95% of the time she answered her phone and if we left her a message she could call us back really fast. If you want somebody kind and extremely smart to help you with your home need Lydia is person to work with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Broomfield, CO.
We worked with Lydia Creasey at RE/MAX Alliance to sell our townhouse and buy a much bigger house as our family grew. We faced a very challenging real estate market along with a limited number of buyers that were looking for townhouses. Lydia very much rose to that challenge, providing us with the right advice to stage and show our house, extremely professional photos and marketing to give our property the most visibility with prospective buyers and she provided feedback all along the way on how each showing went. We always knew exactly what was happening with each buyer and had our every question answered. We have worked with other realtors who seemed too busy or annoyed to answer all our questions or follow-up after showings, but Lydia treated us as if we were her only client, even though I know she was also providing that same outstanding service to others.
On the buying end, Lydia helped us find our perfect dream house to move into and handled every step of our purchase with friendly and professional thoroughness. When we found our dream house before we had a buyer for our townhouse, she walked us through all the potential options we had available to us, helping us decide what we needed to do to make our dreams come true. Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Westminster, CO.
Lydia Creasey from Remax Alliance/Boulder, took excellent care of me during my divorce. She sold our current home and helped me as well as my ex husband find new homes. She assembled a great team (home stager, mortgage broker, inspector and even the movers) and put my mind at ease through this very difficult process. Lydia is very attentive. If I send an email or voicemail her response is if not immediate then very quick! I am always happy to refer Lydia to friends and coworkers as I can assure you she treats them as she did me, exemplary!

Derek Mayber is a very conscientious person and has been very proactive in screening properties and finding us good options to evaluate. He has done great research for us to narrow down the options and present us with properties that are very strong candidates given our needs, wants, and budget. We would highly recommend him to those looking to buy or sell in the Colorado front range area.
