Is this a mobile home?

Answer
Dear oregonlady4jc,Yes all of the homes on Lee Roze are mobile/manufactured homes.  This one isn't in our Multiple Listing Service right now so I assume it's a For Sale by owner.  You could look in a reverse directory for the telephone number unless its on a sign.  Sorry.Regards,Nancy SchmidtReal Estate BrokerEXIT Realty Towne Centre

Why are the Zestimates so high? This is in a Senior Mobile Home Park.
This home is in a Senior Mobile Home Park.  The prices you show are more for "stick-built" houses instead of older mobile homes.  Most of the values should be much lower, probably around $20 to $30K.

Do you need a realtor if you are only wanting to buy a newly constructed home?

Answer
You DEFINITELY need a Realtor!  Your agent will be sure the builder goes according to plan.  Everything that you ask for in the contract will be monitored by your Realtor.  That person will be on top of each step for you.  A Realtor safeguards the contract to make everything simpler for you, the buyer.  You can lose money without a Realtor.  There are so many things that can go wrong you definitely need your negotiator in the loop at all times during such a purchase.Nancy

Do you need a realtor if you are only wanting to buy a newly constructed home?

Answer
You definitely need a Realtor!  It is especially important with a NEW home because you want everything done as you request it in your contract with the builder.  If you have everything in writing with a Realtor, that person will keep on top of things to be sure all is going according to the contract. Your purchase will be safe-guarded by the Realtor throughout the process.  A Realtor makes everything easier for you, the buyer.  Money can be lost without one.Nancy

House was listed 3 weeks ago but Inot sure if we want to sell it now...

Answer
Think again about why you wanted to sell your home in the first place.  Maybe after it was completed that reason changed.  Look at your home critcally and decide if the original reason is still there.  We (my husband and I work together as The Schmidt Team.) would let you change your mind.  No one can make you sell your home.  However, be aware that whatever the original listing period was, if you happen to change your mind and sell it, you will owe the real estate agent a commission if it is still in this period.  Most agents would just let you out of the contract if you explain it to them, without consequences.

Why do some of my listings get posted twice but the second time it shows "No known address"?
I am Nancy Schmidt, REALTOR® and I have two of my listings that don't have an address nor a listing broker (me).  How can I keep this from happening and how can I delete the double-posting?  Thanks.
