Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Roslindale, Boston, MA.
Erik worked with us to sell our condo in Roslindale this past April and found it to be a very pleasant experience. He and his partner Randall were extremely professional. They came in with a very polished and detailed presentation on how they would execute the sale of our home. Once we agreed to work with them, they did just as they said they'd do. They had our home quickly on every platform and had great photography that showed our home at it's best (which I am certain contributed to a successful first open house). During our sale process, we worked primarily with Erik. We found him extremely responsive to answering even the most basic questions. He was a great guide and resource during for our first sale. Overall, REteamwork provided great guidance and keep us looped in on how we were progressing from open house through the sale. We would be very pleased to work with Erik and Randall in the future and would highly recommend REteamwork.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $450K in West Roxbury, Boston, MA.
Randal and Erik were excellent to work with. This was my first time purchasing a home so you can understand that I needed a team that was knowledgable and trustworthy to guide me through the process. They immediately put me at ease when I told them my requirements. For the first time my goals seemed obtainable. Whenever I needed advice or for them to show up at a last minute open house they were there and more than accommodating. When I found the right home they used their seasoned negotiating skills to help me make an offer that was fair. When hearing that my offer was accepted I was more than thrilled. I closed on the house this past November and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Randal and Erik!

I was selling my first home, and I wasn’t quite sure how to go about it. I found Randal and Erik of REteamwork to be absolutely wonderful. Their initial pitch on how they operated, how they would market my home, and how they would follow up with potential buyers led me to list through them. They gave 100% of themselves and although I was not their only client, I felt like I was. They were extremely patient and answered the myriad of questions I had quickly and thoroughly. Randal and Erik were extremely helpful every step of the way, from staging to negotiations to closing. If I had been able to stay in the Boston area, I would definitely use them again as both a buyer and seller’s agent.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Jamaica Plain, Boston, MA.
My wife and I worked with Randal to buy a condo in JP, our first home. Randal is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood (street by street). He also knows and, it seems, has a good reputation with other brokers in the JP area. When we said that we also wanted to look in Dorchester, he was happy to help us tramp all over there as well (and in some miserable weather!). As first-time homebuyers, we were lucky to have someone like him to help us. He came with us to open houses, contacted people he knew whose homes were not yet on the market and basically did a bunch of things that are probably above and beyond the call of duty. The market was a little tricky when we were looking Winter/Spring 2013. Places were going quick but Randal never bullied or pressured us. He was friendly and accommodating and accessible and generally a breeze to deal with. My wife and I have weird schedules and he was always flexible and patient. We have been very pleased with the home in which we ended up. I'd work with Randal and Erik again. I hope they get the credit they deserve.

We had the pleasure to work with Randal and Erik as first time home buyers in 2008 in Jamaica Plain. We spent many weekends with them, looking at different homes. We worked mostly with Randal, but both were wonderful. They were understanding and patient. When the time came to make an offer, Randal offered good advise and we landed a really cool home in JP! The process was no cost to us, plus we benefited from their design tips in helping us visualize spaces as our home.

This year (2013) we had to sell this wonderful home and naturally called them. They met with us during an initial consultation, when we were between renting and selling. They provided a market are report and information on the selling process, as well as useful tips to make our home more marketable - these were things we could do without spending little or no extra money. Long story short: After the first open house weekend we had 3 offers, all above asking. Randal helped us sort through this process and was always available to answer questions or just to calm us down during stressful times...Can't thank them or recommend them enough!

Sold a home in 2013.
This is the second time that we have worked with Erik and Randal and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market. We worked with them to sell our home in Roslindale and purchase one outside of Boston in an attempt to make commuting a bit easier for my partner and me. We decided to place our house on the market during a time when the dialogue for every real estate conversation indicated how it was a seller’s market and that houses were selling very quickly. How could we resist? I remember two weeks into the process we wondered why haven’t we received an offer for our home? Randal made a couple of suggestion on staging that transformed our place into something we felt was more marketable and we waited. After three weeks we contacted Randal and indicated that we felt like we should take the house off the market and finish the attic. This is where Randal’s expertise paid off once again. He urged us to be a bit more patient and not do something that seemed a bit drastic. He indicated we had a beautiful home and that someone would want to make it their home just the way it was and suggested we do not change anything. Sure enough an offer came through and the rest is history. Now it seems like a VERY short amount of time for the process. Erik and Randal’s professionalism, kindness, careful planning and collaboration made the process a seamless process. No matter where we were in the process we were always greeted with a genuine smile, encouragement and helping hand. We would recommend Erik and Randal to anyone who thinking about entering the market to buy, sell or do both.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Brookline, MA.
We worked with Erik and Randal, mostly Erik to sell our Brookline Condo in late spring and summer of 2011, which was not a sellers market. During our initial meeting, they walked us through the market conditions and what places were going for in the area. They listened to our thoughts and even adjusted their evaluations based upon what we had said. They gave us advice on staging our place, took photos and made very professional brochures for open houses. We missed the peak of spring selling season and were warned about a lull in summer interest around July 4th, which did happen. However, things picked up again in late summer and we found a buyer for our asking price after we had made a slight downward adjustment. They were always prompt and kept all their appointments. Erik was present every time someone looked at our place and that was quite a few times. We sold our condo while moving to another state, so Erik did extra legwork to make sure all the details and documents were available to the lawyers of all parties involved. We were not unrealistic in our asking prices, but were also not desperate to give our place away either and they respected and agreed with our terms. We could not have been happier with their service, their advice and our experience with them. I would recommend them to my closest friends.
