Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $125K in Robertsdale, AL.
We had a horrible time with the lending company and the sellers weren't very helpful in getting the sale completed. Richard was very helpful and open about everything going on and always upheld his part of the deal that was agreed upon. Without him, we probably could not have bought this house.

Showed home in 2011 in Malbis, Daphne, AL 36526.
Richard is awesome! He definitely knows Baldwin County and was able to show us some great houses. We were also interested in possible rental properties. Richard gave us some great insight on the rental market in Baldwin County and what houses would rent well. We would recommend anyone who is buying or selling a house in Baldwin County to use Richard Byrd.
