Understanding Buyers and Sellers
Buying or selling a home can be an intimidating process. How much is the property actually worth? What types of inspections are necessary? What are the current mortgage rates and how will they affect my ability to buy or sell?

What My Clients Have To Say
Let's face it, talk is cheap. This is why you must verify the professionalism of an agent before buying or selling a home. And there's no better way to verify an agent than through the experience of other sellers and buyers.

Bill & Kaye Duncan,
Roy we wanted to send you a few lines and say thank you for being our Realtor. You have always conducted yourself in a very professional manner and with honesty and integrity. We appreciated your willingness to take the time to answer our questions and ensure that we understood all aspects of our transaction. You took care of all the small things that could have made our sale very difficult, but instead it went very smooth, despite the lender situation. Your untiring efforts and persistent follow-up not only helped us to close the sale of our home, but resulted in the close of our new home happening at the same time. Roy you are the only realtor we would recommend to our family, friends and associates.

Marcia McGrath,
I have had help from Roy in both the purchase and 8 years later the sale of my home. If I was still in the area I would use his services again. Thanks a bunch!

Glenn & Annette Hare,
Roy was fantastic from start to finish.

Sabrina Keyes,
Roy was a big help even after I moved in.

Johnnie Shinn,
Mr. Roy Kissell, was very friendly and was keenly aware of what needed to be done prior to the sale.

Gerardo & Connie Puentes,
Roy Kissell was a very dedicated agent and caring person. I have never had a business person treat me or my family as Roy did. Had it not been for Roy’s dedicated service and hospitality, I would have never chosen GMAC to assist me in purchasing a home! Once again thank you Roy!!
