Sold a home in 2012 in North East, VA 22901.
Renee is simply amazing at her job. She gives her honest opinion about each house she shows, which I really like. There were some houses she showed us and she noticed somethings that I wouldn't have. She has excellent negotiation skills, if you find something in the house that you like she'll write it in the contract and most of the time she gets what she puts in. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Annandale, VA.
I trusted Renee twice with my house-hunting, once with a rental and once with my home purchase. She was great.
