With a 21 year old home in a down market we expected very little activity, a long listing time, and a low price. Happily we were wrong! We had lots of activity, several offers, and finally a good cash offer that Michele negotiated on before even contacting us with it. She knew the approximate amount we should have received for our home and she was right. We closed almost exactly 2 months after first listing our home and we netted very close to our asking price. Michele knew which offers were good, who was serious, and was determined to get us a good price and not take our home off the market waiting on offers that she didn't think would end up going through. She's diplomatic but forceful, and works hard for her clients She even had an open house that we were very skeptical about but she thought would be worthwhile, which it was!
