Helped me rent a Condo home in Back Bay, Boston, MA.
Crystal worked with my boyfriend and I for almost a year in order to get us the right apartment in the right location. Coming from Memphis, TN with a LARGE dog at an off season rental time was proving very difficult. Thankfully we had Crystal to video chat with regularly and walk us patiently through several different options before making a final decision. We had a lot of requirements/demands and all were met within our budget. She has a great reputation and is incredibly personable amongst building managers, landlords and previous clients of apartments we were interested in. She has made the transition incredibly smooth and is someone we will continue to stay in touch with throughout our time in Boston.

I've had the great pleasure of working with Crystal for the past year, as my buyers agent. I started working with Crystal when I became interested in purchasing a condo in Boston. I am in no rush to purchase but knew from others experience that it it could take some time to find the right place so I started searching for an agent.
After many failed attempts at finding an agent that didn't disappoint me, a co-worker recommended I contact Crystal and I'm glad I did. What I like most about Crystal is that she is very knowledgeable when it comes to Boston and surrounding neighborhoods in general, as well as it's fast-paced and aggressive real estate market. Her honesty, professionalism and ability to understand what I was looking for really surprised me considering she is younger that most agents out there. My time has yet to be wasted on seeing properties I wouldn't consider and she truly goes above and beyond to make herself available.
I will continue to work with Crystal and I am confident that she will help me find my dream condo very soon.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Clinton, MA.
Crystal was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the home buying process, something I know nothing about. I purchased a foreclosed house, which proved to be a very stressful, time consuming, and tedious process, but working with Crystal made it very manageable. I felt like she was definitely on my side during the process, with my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

Crystal is THE best agent you will find. She has helped me in two situations and for this I am truly grateful.
Situation #1 - Two years ago I found out my roommate wanted to live alone when we had intended to sign a lease for an additional year. It was the end of the first week of August and I needed somewhere to live by September 1. Crystal found me a place that next week that I absolutely loved. When I told her my situation she said not to worry and she'd find me a place - and she did. I was so happy in my new apartment.
Situation #2 - I needed to move out of my amazing apartment due to relocation and I had to find a new tenant to move into the apartment. It was 6 weeks before I had to move and I was a little worried that we might not find someone perfect for the place. Crystal once again told me not to worry and that she'd find a tenant to rent my apartment - and she did.
Crystal is not only a woman of her word but she is super attentive. I cannot imagine how many phone calls she must get but she always answered my calls and called me back when I left her a message.
I will always appreciate all of the hard work Crystal put into finding me a place and helping me find a tenant a few years later when I had to move. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a place to live in Boston. She is a great person to work with and she will help you find a great place to suit your needs.

Helped me rent a home.
Crystal made a very daunting adventure a pleasure. She was precise, honest and helpful. Her knowledge of the area we looked to rent in was extensive as well as her overall knowledge of Boston and the surrounding area's. Crystal was accessible and flexible...we actually signed our lease at 10:00 pm which worked well considering we were only in town for a short period and had to leave with a lease agreement. I highly recommend her if looking for rentals or to purchase, you will end up with a home or apartment you love.
