The only real estate practice I KNOW is internet-based. While print marketing and advertising may work for some micro-regions or specific neighborhoods, my marketing tools expose my listings to well over 250+ national (and even some international ) real estate search engines! All emails come to my phone, so I don't miss any client inquiry!
I had also been engaged as the primary Real Estate Photographer for a highly successful real estate partnership for many years and consider myself an accomplished and artistic property photographer. Real estate photography usually comes at an added cost. For my clients, however, it is simply part of my services!
