Bought a home in 2014.

We took about one year to find our home, and Rachel and her team were excellent from beginning to end. They were knowledgable about the local housing market, were patient as we changed our search criteria, were always available to answer questions, and were candid with their advice on the pros and cons of the properties we considered. We trusted her and her team to help us secure as good a price as we could expect on our home and to secure financing. Her team was organized during the closing process, giving us updates when needed, and staying on top of the financing process to make sure we closed successfully. We would highly recommend Rachel and her team to other prospective homeowners.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in President Park, Renton, WA.
Primary point of contact: Jessica Markham

Rachel and her team took great care of from beginning to end. As first-time homebuyers, there were questions we hadn't thought to ask and parts of the home buying process that we knew nothing about. Rachel prompted us to consider things about the house we wanted and explained ways to handle various options along the way. We will definitely opt for her when we're ready to buy our next home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in North Juanita, Kirkland, WA.

Rachel helped us buy our first home and really made the whole process as easy as possible. Along with Jessica Markham, they were incredibly responsive and willing to work around busy schedules, learn about our needs and wants in a home, and to press on the accelerator when it was time to go buy. Her experience, local knowledge and comparable home research helped us feel very good about our home purchase and have some fun along the way.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Matthews Beach, Seattle, WA.

I happened to see Rachel on TV - a Seattle episode of House/Home Hunters. It was clear she was a tuned in subject expert, and a skilled communicator as well. Her input was clear and pragmatic. The TV couple appeared to agree.

Our renovation had bogged down, so I called Rachel on spec, and requested her direction and advice on what was important and not important in order to finish the project and ultimately get the house on the market. Luckily for us, she accepted.

Her input was very clear, detailed and invaluable in prepping our house for sale. The list became our work guide for the next few months. At this stage we were already grateful, but Rachel was just getting started.

Next she turned to the task of putting our house on the market and getting it sold. Her group clicked in, and we had but to stand back and enjoy the process. At all times, we were consulted and asked to provide feedback.

Every aspect of her work in selling the house was purposeful, well organized and dynamic. The flyer was great, and the book of photographs from our garden is gorgeous. How very thoughtful of her.

It all worked out so well. Rachel more than met our goals, and did so in a timely fashion. We are privileged to have worked with such a wonderful person.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Matthews Beach, Seattle, WA.

Rachel was a very impressive professional. She listened well, but was willing to make suggestions and even make educated guesses. The whole process worked out exactly as she said it would, so I don't know how much was 'educated guesses' and how much was just straight professional analysis. It seems to me now that there probably wasn't much guesswork involved.

She was a tremendous help in getting the house ready to sell. She even came over to see it and give us a list of things that would help sell it and helped us choose to forgo some changes that she thought would not be effective. All this before we even decided to list with her.

One of her great strengths was in explaining things in a clear way. We had great confidence in her and she could have just gone ahead and done everything without spending much time teaching, but it was great to know what was going on at all times.

Of course, the most important thing she did was get us a great price for our house and do it super-fast. We wanted to sell as soon as possible because we already bought another house, but this meant that all too soon we were done with frequent conversations with someone that we think of as a friend. We strongly recommend Rachel as a knowledgeable, professional realtor and as someone who really cares about her clients.
