A high percentage of these buyers made a long distance purchase requiring assistance from start to finish. I know out-of-state buyers require a bit more information about the area and housing markets. They also need someone who can give them 100% honest and accurate information as well as guide them through the home purchase process here in Northeast TN and the surrounding areas. I work extremely hard to meet these high expectations in order to give my clients the best overall experience with the least amount of stress.

*FORECLOSURES, SHORT-SALES, & INVESTMENT PROPERTIES

Foreclosures allow buyers/investors to buy at a reduced cost, although there is usually and investor waiting period on most foreclosure and owner occupants have the ability to make offers on most of these properties before the biding opens for investors offers.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $175K in Jonesborough, TN.

Rachel is excellent. I was doing a buy/sell transaction across state lines and she was able to work with me remotely with no issues. Once my home sold, she was able to help me buy something on short notice. We toured several homes and was able to get under contract in just a few days. There was a competing offer on the home we made an offer on, and I am confident the only reason we were able to get the home was because of Rachel. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $225K in Johnson City, TN.
