I am Highly Experienced working with out-of-state, out-of-town, and relocation companies. Since 2005, I have helped hundreds of buyers with their home purchases. A high percentage of these buyers made a long distance purchase requiring assistance from start to finish. I know out-of-state buyers require a bit more information about the area and housing markets. They also need someone who can give them 100% honest and accurate information as well as guide them through the home purchase process here in Northeast TN and the surrounding areas. I work extremely hard to meet these high expectations in order to give my clients the best overall experience with the least amount of stress.

*FORECLOSURES, SHORT-SALES, & INVESTMENT PROPERTIES

Foreclosures allow buyers/investors to buy at a reduced cost, although there is usually and investor waiting period on most foreclosure and owner occupants have the ability to make offers on most of these properties before the biding opens for investors offers.

*FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS 

First Time Buyers are a blast to work with! They are so excited to be buying their first home. I love being able to really make a difference in their lives and I love their energy and excitement!
I can help from getting a pre-approval and deciding on the best lender that offers the best loan options. Many lenders have special offers for first time home buyers. I will hold your hand and walk you through the entire process so that you understand and feel confident and comfortable in the decisions you are making.

Which is better for you?

With a Team, you supposedly get the services of several individuals, each a "specialist" in their given area.  The truth of the matter is, the "Realtor leader" of the team is always on the hunt for the next transaction - they've got all of that overhead to pay and you're just a "number" to get that done.   Once you commit to them, they will hand you off to various licensed or non-licensed assistants so they can hurry out to find the next transaction.  Who knows??  Your assigned "expert" may have been making french fries at Wendy's sixty days ago - and now they're handling YOUR real estate transaction!  WOW!!

I work as an individual Realtor.  When you work with me, your EVERY problem, need, or question will be addressed with one phone call or email and you will not have to track down 3 different people or the agent that showed you houses that day. If you have a problem or a concern, YOU WILL SPEAK TO ME - you won't be shuffled off to an "assistant." Everyone is different - I feel my way of providing service is better.  I can't service as many transactions in a year as a Team can, BUT THAT IS NOT MY GOAL.  I provide GREAT and very thorough service to my clients.  I believe that you deserve service from the top, not from somewhere down the line.

      Bought a home in 2014.
      We began our house hunt in June 2013. We knew we were going to relocate to the Tri-Cities area in February or March of 2014. We searched Zillow, Realtor and other Internet sites and compiled a list of homes that were literally in the four corners of Greene and Washington Counties. We were looking for a realtor that could show us the houses, but got much more from Rachael. She is very skilled at working with “out of town” clients. We had four days to look at houses and decide during our trip. She sent us an itinerary with all of the houses we wanted to see listed in a map quest document. Her knowledge of the areas and people that could assist with any needed modifications/updates to the homes we looked at was truly amazing. She ensured that all things that were necessary for a near immediate closing were taken care of quickly. She was a joy to be around during the difficult process of finding and purchasing our home. She truly is an expert and blessing for out-of-town buyers. This is my third home purchase and was by far the best experience. It is refreshing to have a business professional make you feel like your issues are as important to them as they are to you.       We contacted Rachel to see a house that she had listed and she responded immediately. She made time to show us the house, as well as another, at our convenience. We went several times to look at many houses and were extremely impressed with her. Prompt responses are very important to us, and even if she was at a meeting, or couldn't call us right away, she would send a text telling us when she would be able to contact us. She was very available whenever we needed to go see houses, and was knowledgeable when had questions, or asked for an opinion. We wanted to rent the house we were moving out of, and she went above and beyond and helped us list it for rent and deal with the issues involved.
