Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Elizabethton, TN.

Rachel was a fantastic help in selling our home. We appreciate her willingness to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Her responsiveness was excellent!! I never had to wait more than 24 hours for an answer. I never felt like just another client. She remembered our names, our situation, and made us feel important. Rachel was very nice, professional, and honest. I would recommend Rachel to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home. If the need arises, we will definitely reach out to Rachel again!

Our experience with Rachel was outstanding, to say the very least. Not only is she knowledgeable but also she is extremely personable. Anytime we contacted her with our questions and/or concerns she was always available with helpful suggestions/solutions. We highly recommend Rachel for anyone looking to buy a home.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $100K in Johnson City, TN.

We were very pleased when our property received an offer after about 6 months on the market. However, from the time of the offer until the closing, Rachel was less than helpful. With each offer during the negotiations, we received an email with the attachment. No instructions, no recommendations, just the attachment and perhaps a "what do you want to do". Due to the buyer having "no cash", we agreed to pay closing. When an agreement was reached, a few problems cropped up. Once again, we received only an email with documents attached and no instructions or recommendations. Despite agreeing to pay closing, when a few very minor issues were found with inspection, the report was just sent along with a "what do you want to do". Again, no instructions or recommendations. When the appraisal came in under the agreed selling price, we got the same response. My husband had to call her every time a document came through just to sort things out. Even when asked, she was reluctant to give us options or recommendations. She was at best a neutral party throughout the entire process.

Being that I'm a realtor my job is to market your home & get a potential buyer into it and make sure all paperwork is in order. I'm not normally aware of your financial status & you had to bring almost $10K to hand the keys over again I could not negotiate on your behalf not knowing what you had and or were willing to bring so each time I said let me know what you want to do rather than asking how much money do you have in order to take your name off the deed? The buyer was a qualified buyer & although she didn't have money down she still was able to buy your condo not sure how that reflects me as I was not the buyers agent. Due to the condo not appraising for contract price I received a phone call at 10:30 PM very rude might I add but I took it and remained on the line being yelled at for 45 minutes as if I was the appraiser. I had to be neutral because everytime I opened my mouth I was yelled at! Most importantly my job was to get it SOLD and I was able to successfully do my job!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Jonesborough, TN.

After a bad experience with another realtor, I found Rachel through Zillow. She was hard-working, had a great attitude, and was always easy to get ahold of...and most importantly she got my house SOLD! She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell!

Our experience with Rachel was very positive. We had some bumps in the road, but Rachel was always our advocate and ALWAYS had our best interest at heart! She is professional, encouraging, willing to help, answers any questions no matter how small, promptly returns calls, and works very hard to keep you informed at all times. I would HIGHLY recommend Rachel to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. You will not be disappointed!

Showed home in 2014 in Colonial Heights, Kingsport, TN 37663.

Words cannot express how thankful and appreciative we are of Rachel. We gave Rachel a specific list of wants and needs we desired in a house, and she delivered with each showing. Each time we looked at a new house, we knew Rachel had taken the time to consider everything on our list. Although each house met our list of major wants and needs, each had something (probably small) that kept my husband and me from making a solid offer. What really made the difference with Rachel, was that when we did finally find a house she was there to answer any and all questions we had - and it a For Sale by Owner!! It is unheard of these days for someone to be there for you when they having nothing to benefit; however Rachel broke the mold. She was genuinely concerned and interested that we were getting a good deal and even went a step further to sit down with us and help walk us through paperwork. With our new home finally bought, we are forever thankful for Rachel's consideration, professionalism, and desire in helping us find our dream home.
