Lady is very impressively talkative. When we fist met I believed that property will be sold in a click of fingers. She was going to advertise in super sites, she knew a lot of big shot developers bla-bla bla... Accordig her advise, I dropped price again.
Old man, I signed listing for one month with agreement to have links to all her advertising before extending listing any further.
The only ads I saw were in Zillow ant Trulia, were I advertised myself. She said now that it is more than enough for sale. I'm not a great English writer, so quality of her ads she has a benefit of the doubt. She said she has shown it to five clients.
I still own the property, but good opinion about lady.

WHEN I WANTED TO LIST MY PROPERTY FOR SALE, I ASKED THE HI-RISE BUILDING MANAGER TO TELL ME WHICH OF THE REAL ESTATE AGENTS WHO SELL THE CONDOS IN THIS BUILDING BRINGS MOST CUSTOMERS TO THE BUILDING AND WHO VISITS THE PROPERTY MOST OFTEN, WITHOUT HESITATION MS RACHEL NUSSBAUM'S NAME WAS GIVEN TO ME.
