    Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $425K in Longwood, FL.

    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Longwood, FL.
    Right from the beginning, Rachel Grant was pleasant to work with as well as complete in her assessment of our ability to sell our property. As it turned out, it was very difficult to sell our property due to the current situation in Florida. However, Ms. Grant never abandoned us and saw the sell of our house through to the end. At times she had to deal with difficult realtors, the bank and was quite tenacious in her efforts. My wife and I have nothing but appreciation for her.
