Hi Claudia,I removed the duplicate listing. The one remaining is showing the address correctly. We show the full address with the city and state unless the address is to be undisclosed.Your listing is being sent from www.owners.comIf you need to edit the listing, you'll need to login to their site and make changes there.

Are any of your listings really for sale?

Answer
Hello Elizabeth,I believe I see where the confusion is. There are two comments in this thread I'd like to elaborate on and correct.1) "Zillow has a policy to retain listings for 60 days after they expire."We do not knowingly post a listing as active when we know it is off the market. Let me explain; When we receive a listing in a "feed" (aka data file) the default status of every listing in a feed is active. Now, listings can have different status representing different levels of "active" such as, pending.  When a listing is in a  feed, that means we should post the listing because it is active. The listing will be re-sent to us every day the listing is still active. Every day we see the same listing in the feed, we keep the listing active on Zillow. The signal to us that a listing is no longer active, is the listing is removed from the feed. When we do not see a listing in a feed, we remove it.  If a listing is no longer in a feed (sent to us), we remove it from the website.2) "Zillow renews listings for 60 days. If the escrow closes on Day 1 of the 60 day renewal, the listing stays online for another 59 days. So yes, the Zillow policy is to leave listings in active status until they fall off by way of expiration. It is not the agent's job to update Zillow's own inventory."All of Elizabeth's listings were manually submitted to Zillow (not via a feed).  Manual listings expire 60 days from the day they are posted by the user. This is actually an attempt to NOT keep stale listings on Zillow. If we shortened the time to 30 days, that would be shorter than the average days on market, and agents/home owners would be frantic to make sure they renew the listing before it expires.  We have to assume agents/home owners who post a listing, and sell it, will cancel the listing on Zillow. If they do not cancel the listing for any reason (they forget, they're on vacation, they like stale listings)... then the listing will be removed from Zillow on the 60th day unless it is renewed by the poster prior to the expiration date.In summary, a listing manually posted by someone needs to also be manually taken down by the user. If the user does not remove the posting, the listing will come down on the expiration date.  If a listing is sent to us automatically (in a feed) the listing will be removed from our site automatically as well. Here is a link to our agent help center with more FAQ's: http://www.zillow.com/help/agents/

Why does Zillow have a house shown in our backyard and they refuse remove it?

Answer
Hi Jherzog,I don't see the 315 address you're referring to. I do see you edited the home fact of the public property record yesterday which doesn't match the home facts on the user created property you have the FSBO listing on. Please rel-list on the public property, as the duplicate, user created property needs to be deleted.
