My property is listed on this site is not in forclosure. Can you remove my information?

Response
So, is it why your home is located where it is? Or why is your property posted on zillow.com? I assume the later. We get all our information through public data. We have about 90 Million properties in the U.S. on the website. Zillow is an aggregate all all public information from every state. We combine it all into one site for public, non-commercial use.Rachel

Wrong Sq. Ft.

Response
Hi there, The Zestimate is always public. What the above owner did was Create Their Own Estimate. These are two different things. For comparing value and price on a home, the only way to do that is to go look at homes in person, in your area at the time you are ready to buy. If you look at 5 homes, you must decide on an individual home level what the price of that home should be based on the value, based on what the current supply is at the same price. Our zestimates are only based on public data, and so we cannot see things that would lower or raise the value to a buyer, such as a great view, or a horrible view. ..A bad layout, vs a wonderful layout. Old windows, vs brand new ones.  Value is in the eye of the beholder! =)I hope that helps,Rachel

Hello, I made the changes to your estimate public, so your updated estimate could be seen. We update the Zestimate about 3x's a week, so keep checking back. If you don't want your estimate to be seen you can go to Create Estimate and click No for public view.Let me know if you have further questions.Rachel
