If your listings are on Zillow, they'll be considered for this page, but you need to make sure that your firm's listings have lots of data filled in, like beds, baths, square feet, lot size, at least a few photos, etc. We sort the listings by price assuming there is enough data to determine the listing is genuine. Hi, When a professional signs up, the services they choose determine what choices there for the drop down. For this Pro, I added "escrow" as an option, and now "escrow" is a choice for the service provided. Let me know if you have any questions.
