Any information you can give us to describe how you navigated to a page asking you to pay a dollar will help. Do you remember the ad you clicked on? What was the URL of the page you ended up on?

Zillow just lost a customer

Hello, I'll be sending you an email directly as well. Please call your bank right away to dispute the charge. It appears this happened from a Google Ad from one of our pages on the right sight. For example, a rotating ad appears now on the right side of this advice post. So far we have been made aware of four company names posting ads through Google "AdChoices" advertisements and have blocked ads by these Google clients. The list we are aware of so far is: 1) Myinfobill.com2) Backgroundfee.com3) Propertysearch.us.org4) MYinfo1.comThe ads look like this: Please report any new company names right away to me by clicking on my profile. I'll continue to research this to proactively prevent new ads like the one above.

I paid for a real estate report online and never received it! What a ripoff!

Thank you for posting. I'll send you a separate email to follow up for detail. We do not charge for Zestimates or "real estate report". Please contact your bank right away to dispute the charge. What was supposed to be included in the real estate report?For investigation and prevention on our end, I'd like to know: 1) The name of the company that charged you (this should be on your bank statement). Do you have their URL?2) Was there a "pop up" ad you clicked on?
