Buying a house can be extremely stressful but from the initial meeting he made us feel comfortable. He is laid back and very easy going. Going through the process he’s very professional but more importantly he gets to know his clients on a personal level, which I really liked. Matt has a good understanding of the area so he can match properties with clients' different wants/needs. I also really enjoyed working with the people he knew that would handle the financing/inspections/etc. Everyone he referred us to was exceptional at what they did and I was happy with everything. When we started looking at houses and started asking questions, he would provide feedback from different angles and had us looking at houses differently as we continued looking. To me, Matt showed an impressive knowledge of the entire process. If we asked a question, he typically had an answer and he doesn't mind repeating himself numerous times to make sure you understand everything. After looking at a dozen homes we could not find anything we liked and worried, he thought we were wasting his time. The assurance that we were not wasting his time and the feeling of not being pressured to into a particular property was nice. When we finally found the house we wanted the process ended fine but the journey had a few bumps throughout. We needed to extend the due diligence period a few times in order to get everything finished for closing and Matt was always on top of things. He always kept us up to date on what needed to happen next and was readily available during the negotiating phase all the way through/during closing. I feel that one of the primary reasons we closed on our current home was because of Matt’s help and expertise. We closed about 7 months ago and while our business relationship is done for the time being, my fiancé and I still consider him a friend. I would highly recommend using Matt Daniels for your realtor whether you are buying/selling a property.
