Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Rio Vista, CA.
I just bought a home with Ralene Nelson at the helm and I have to tell you it was quite a ride. She brought us through a short sale unscathed and I think she almost set her own personal best record. With the exception of one other short sale, this was the shortest. It was so fast I had a buyer's remorse melt down and almost backed out.( Packing up a lifetime of treasures in weeks nearly brought me to my knees.) But she is a pro and she got us where we wanted to go and we now have a lovely home in a lovely town and we couldn't be happier. I have purchased 10 homes in my lifetime (no, I am not a spring chicken) but I have to say, Ralene is the most talented, focused, devoted realtor we have ever worked with so if you are looking for and want an expert steering your ship, call Ralene. How did I find her? My son bought a house through her and he is ecstatic with his new home and her help buying it. You are so lucky all these people reviewing her here are giving you a reference. Sold a home in 2012.
I had a great experience with Ralene Nelson and my Short Sale just closed. I met Ralene at my property and she took the time to listen before she gave me her recommendation. I listed the property with her because I was very impressed with her knowledge and her expertise. The whole process worked because she was always immediate in her response to me by phone,fax or email. Ralene negotiated with the buyers realtor and the bank on my behalf. I highly recommend Ralene because she is a hard worker and she gets the job done.

Bought a home in 2010.
We have used Ralene twice, once to buy a business and another to buy a home. Both times our transaction went smoothly. Ralene is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I have recommended her to friends and would not hesitate to use her again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Rio Vista, CA.
We have bought two homes and sold one through Ralene and remain extremely satisfied. She is an expert with short sales. She took us through the entire process, relentlessly pushing the bank to move forward. She negotiated the sale of our home the first weekend it was listed. In addition, she found us our new home and negotiated a great purchase price. I highly recommend this experienced agent, especially for anyone considering selling or purchasing a short sale.
