    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Elmwood Park, Detroit, MI.
    Excellent, excellent. I wanted to sell my home. But after having negative experiences with two real estate agents, I was hesitant to get another real estate agent for the third time. However, I am so glad that I chose Ms. Chaney as my real estate agent. Ms. Chaney is very professional, knowledgeable, and has a great personality. Ms. Chaney placed my home on the market and it sold in three days. It is understandable why she has been in the real estate business for 12 years. I highly recommend Ms. Chaney if you are looking for a great real estate agent.More Less

    Did not respond to my inquiry in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236.
    Extremely Poor. I wanted to buy some investment properties and I only had a limited time as I was visiting from Australia. I had to ask repeatedly for a Property List and finally she had someone else send one through while she went off to Las Vegas. She told me that she would always contactable while in Los Vegas however her phone always rang out and went to message bank. No one returned my unanswered calls. I had cash to spend and she could not give me the time even to return my calls.More Less

    Good Day! Please accept my apologies for any mistake in regard to your real estate needs. It was not my intention to create such an awkward and embarrassing situation. Again, I conduct interviews; I set up an appointment in my office which can take approx. 1 hr. Provide detailed information of my services & how I go about achieving each goal. I ask questions that will tell me if I am going to accept to work with the Client or not. This meeting is the Client’s opportunity to provide information & ask specific questions to find out if I’m a good fit. If both parties feel confident we can become partners in the transaction. In NO way do I set up a website and take a Buyer out showing properties without a working commitment. Showing properties is NOT as easy as finding them in the MLS and go open the house to view, it involves time and effort before getting to the front door. I get paid commission at the end of the transaction. Upfront information & disclosure is very important.

    Ramona handled the short sale of my home with impressive negotiation skills. Her graceful persistence with the bank and buyer was amazing. I am so grateful for her ability to skillfully handle all of the paperwork and take care of the details. Selling our home was a long and difficult process and she definitely did a great job of finding a buyer and successfully completing the deal! Thank you Ramona!
