Sold a home in 2012.
Randy handled a very complex short sale sucessfully and would highly recommend . Randy spent 6 months negotiating with the lender and multiple buyers and helped avoid any recouse against us by the lender.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Arlington, WA.
Randy was AWESOME!!!!
Randy was so patient with me as I looked at several houses, he listened to what I wanted and helped me to find that perfect house.
Every step of the way he was helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process.
Due to my work schedule it wasn't always easy to look at houses. I greatly appreciate Randy going out of his way to work on my schedule. As a single mom, he was very patient with me while I brought my kids along.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $425K in Snohomish, WA.
We hired Randy and Candy as our buyer's agent when we moved here from out of state. To say they helped us is a huge understatement. They spent more time working to get us intot he house of our dreams than we did. My wife and I had lots of specific criteria we were looking for and one of us (won't say who) is very picky. Randy and Candy were relentless in their searching. They spent tons of time researching houses and driving us around. I was impressed at their knowledge of specific neighborhoods and areas for such a wide area.
Their advice on our specific situation was invaluable throughout the whole process. When it came time for an offer and negotiation process I was very impressed. All of our options were laid out and explained with helpful, but not pushy, advice to go with each. We avoided some real pitfalls and ended up with a super deal which we owe entirely to following their advice.
With so many horror stories you hear about people getting the short end of the stick in real estate these days, I was very impressed with their honest way of doing business not just with us, but keeping everything on the up and up and not looking for ways to stick it to the other side of the table either.
