Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Lodi, CA.
Randy represented my family in selling my deceased fathers home. It was an emotional time for my family. We hadn't sold a home in many years and were not familiar with current common practices. Randy lead us from start to finish. He provided expertise in properly preparing the property to list on the market. We had many ideas about what we thought would be good but he guided us in the proper direction. That guidance allowed my family to use our monies wisely. When it came time to actually list the property, Randy had already done much of the leg work that made the transition timely and successful. He sold the house extremely quick and help us through the offer process so that my family felt very comfortable about accepting a reasonable offer. Once the house was sold, he helped us with the scheduling of appointments with multiple family members at the title company. To my families amazement, Randy even attended the title company appointments with us so to ensure that process was complete and satisfaction was accomplished. The process was painless and successful because of Randy's outstanding customer service commitment.
If I ever sell or want to purchase another home I will be sure to contact Randy Thomas in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $325K in Lincoln Village West, Stockton, CA.
Randy is someone you can trust implicitly. Couldn't have imagined an easier process. He and his team provided dead-on comps, yet my wife and I opted to go 15% higher than his recommended price. While our home we wanted to sell showed well, we didn't receive a single offer. The moment my wife and I adjusted our price to his recommended price, it sold inside a week. We'll trust him again when it comes to buy or sell our next home.

Randy's knowledge of the neighborhood we wanted was the key to us getting the home we sought. We were in need of a larger home near the park, good school district and with a large back yard. We previewed the home and within thirty minutes we had our offer written and accepted the next day. Randy helped us with the financing and was helpful throughout the process and kept us well informed. He is a great guy as well!!

Our experience with Randy and Cornerstone was amazing. Not only is he professional and knowledgable, but his willingness to go the extra mile in answering questions, getting answers and helping with all of the details of the process helped make this homebuying experience for us very stress-free. The type of attention and customer service we recieved was top-notch!! We now own our dream home, in an area we love and can safely raise our children in. We couldnt be happier!!

If you want a true Professional, then hire Randy Thomas. Selling a home is a very emotional thing, but Randy helped us keep it all in perspective. Not only did he guide us through the entire process, he was in contact with us nearly every day with updates on potential buyers, advised us how to prepare our home for sale, and then sold our house in less than 30 days at the top of the market for the area we lived in!
Randy goes out of his way for his clients, and for that reason, I'll conclude with this- If you want the best, Randy Thomas is the way to go, he truly is 5 stars all around.
