Ranny Humphrys failed to deliver on basic services agreed upon before signing. The first sign placed into our yard looked as if it survived a world war. He did not provide a virtual tour or listings on Trulia or in the local paper as promised. He offered no guidance on improvements we could make to the home. When we attempted to contact him by email or phone, he would respond days later with an email that provided incomplete answers. At one point he stopped returning our calls and emails. It was at this time we ended our contract.
