I know the bay area housing market, particularly the east bay areas of Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, etc. or the "Tri-City" Area well (particularly Ardenwood, Forest Park, Ponderosa and Warwick elementary areas of northern Fremont as I have lived there for 38 years).

Prices have gone up....and there are many reasons. It is not just the interest rates, but Silicon Valley jobs are coming back. IPOs, mergers/acquisitions and new startups are increasing. It is not just the foreign investors, but people with jobs, baby boomers with huge equity in their existing homes, people moving back into the area and people who have been sitting on the sidelines. Everybody wants a piece of the pie; The "American dream".  So should you buy or sell?

Pocket areas where people value education and API scores are particularly on FIRE. And people will pay a premium for this. Do we know if this will last? As they say, what goes up must come down and nothing last forever. Regardless of his fact, I can help you figure out how to buy and invest, and how to market and upgrade your property, regardless of which way the market may go. With my research and negotiation skills, anyone is better off working with a Broker with Realtor designation than trying to save money on their own.

I'm an independent Real Estate Broker with several years of licensed real estate experience. "Independent broker" means I have my own company and I do practically everything from A-Z by utilizing my knowledge, skills and list of contacts. I know what issues are outstanding as I am highly involved with all aspects of your purchase or sale. I don't need a closing coordinator like once did at Coldwell Banker and Intero. I AM the closing coordinator and I'm highly responsive. I'm everything you need and more. 

I have been in the bay area real estate business for most of my life. I've followed my father's footsteps (who was once a Realtor in the early 1980s for Red Carpet Real Estate in Fremont), fixing and leasing properties. I also began managing and renovating multiple properties (for sale or rent), and continue to do so. Seeing the end results of vision, hard work and effort have often been very rewarding. That is when I found a passion for real estate.

I am a driven, hard working individual, with much honesty and integrity and carry a very strong academic and legal background, including research and negotiation skills.

I also speak Hindi/Punjabi and have a wealth of knowledge of the Palo Alto and Mountain View, California areas.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $650K in Newark, CA.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $800K in Union City, CA.

I've worked with several real estate agents in the past with mostly positive results.

For this transaction, I decided to work with Ranvir who happens to be related to me. I'm a demanding client who requires a twitter like feed on latest information and progress as I'm sure many other people are given that real estate is a much larger transaction than most.

My expectations were higher for Ranvir given my relationship with him and he exceeded them in all levels.

Once I had decided to list, he put together a detailed market analysis, marketing plan, and a strategy specific to my property. I put more pressure on him when I decided that I wanted to list my home one week earlier than originally planned. He took that in stride despite the extra juggling and coordination required to prepare for listing.

The pre-listing marketing and exposure that it generated helped make the 1st open house a huge success. I spoke to a few neighbors, one of which had his house on the market at same time which took 3 months to sell, his feedback to me "Your agent is doing a fantastic job, your open house generated more people in one day than my property did in months!".

We received several offers on the property and went pending in less than a week. I went with Ranvir's recommendation to go with the strongest qualifying offer and the home closed in 21 days.

A very smooth transaction. I'd recommend Ranvir to others. He is no nonsense, straight forward, and honest. He does what he says he will do, works hard for your best interests, and most importantly he delivers.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $825K in Brookvale, Fremont, CA.

He was great at showing me all of the properties. He made sure to write down everything I was looking for in a new home. Then he showed us properties that fit everything we wanted in a home. Until we found the one we really liked. It had the perfect destination for our children. With a school nearby and grocery stores not too far away.
