All agents do things differently. Interview at least 3 agents and by then you will know what to look for. Honesty, and respect and a strong web presence is what you should expect from your agent. Also dont just go with how many listings the agent has because he / she may not be able to do justice to yours. Ask for their marketing plan and see if it suits the home you are trying to sell. Make sure he / she is local to the area. All the best.
