Raul Lindner is the best real estate agent. He works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! I purchased two appartment with him during one year! He is working not like regular agent, he works like your partner, your freind! He helped me set up my live in USA, although it was difficult because I'm foreigner. I purchased appartment, I ordered the furniture, when I have been outside in USA. Rual is an excellent agent. He really took care of me during my renting experience. I've had bad brokers before and he was a real treat. He had great communication, always keep me updated on things. Great for negociating prices... just all around took care of things and me sure my experience was as painless as possible. I moved down to florida from new york and wasn't able to deal with the management. He stepped in and took care of everything for me. Highly recommened for anyone looking for real estate in south florida.
