Raul was very professional from the first meeting til the close on our condo. He has been in the business a long time and has great local knowledge of all of the buildings and players. He followed through with the marketing of our condo and had many appointments that he personally handled and gave immediate feedback. Our condo was sold in less than 4 weeks and at the highest per square foot price in the last 7 years. We will definitely be using Raul again for our future Miami Beach real estate needs

Raul Lindner helped my wife and I to find the perfect home! He spent lots of time with us, not like other agents (I had so many nightmares with agents in the past), and I am so glad that Raul was my agent. . Raul Lindner is the best real estate agent. He works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! I purchased two appartment with him during one year! He is working not like regular agent, he works like your partner, your freind! He helped me set up my live in USA, although it was difficult because I'm foreigner. I purchased appartment, I ordered the furniture, when I have been outside in USA. Rual is an excellent agent. He really took care of me during my renting experience. I've had bad brokers before and he was a real treat. He had great communication, always keep me updated on things. Great for negociating prices... just all around took care of things and me sure my experience was as painless as possible. I moved down to florida from new york and wasn't able to deal with the management. He stepped in and took care of everything for me. Highly recommened for anyone looking for real estate in south florida.
