I specialize in foreclosures, short sales and bank owned properties. My goal is to help homeowners avoid foreclosure and credit damage. Historically a small percentage of the real estate market has been in distress, however with the recent challenges in the sub-prime lending market this percentage has grown exponentially. This rapid growth in distress properties requires specialized knowledge and processes that will allow a Realtor to successfully assist homeowners in need.
