Ray has been active in Sedona real estate sales since 1989. After working in a couple of other offices, he joined Coldwell Banker First Affiliate as an Associate Broker in 1996. In 1999 he obtained his Previews luxury properties designation, and since then has been active in all areas of residential brokerage. He is also a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, and CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist. The bulk of his business nowadays is"by referral", or past clients.
Over the years, Ray has been active in various service organizations and community affairs, which have helped him "keep a pulse" on what is going on in Sedona.
