I would definitely recommend Ray to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We interviewed a few other agents before meeting Ray and we were not impressed. Then we met with Ray. He was responsive, professional, personable, and patient with all our questions. We knew he was the right agent for us. When our home sold much quicker than I was ready for, I freaked out a little. Ray worked around my crazy schedule and managed to get me in to see over thirty houses in less than a week until we found the right home.

After going through I believe it was 4 other Realtor one fell on hard times and gave my husband and I Ray's info. He is real quick with a response. He helped us find our first rental home in Jersey and we are going to use him to find our first home together. He is awesome.

Ray found my husband and I our first home and we couldn't have been happier. He was very patient with us and made the trying experience of buying a home easy and comfortable. Ray is truely a professional. His communication skills are excellent, and he uses them. He is always on top of the situation and is deciated to keeping clients informed. He is very computer savy, and uses this knowledge to the best of his asbility We are in a very down market, and the house was sold in a relitively short period of time, so if your planning to sell a property at this time I would recommend you contact ray as he will get the job done. If your looking to buy, you will go s long wsy to find someone more knowledgable of the Market.

Ray is definitely the man! We purchased a home from Ray about 7 years ago, which we lost to a fire 2 years ago. Ray was always there for us. We looked at very many many different properties before purchasing this one and before we decided to rebuild, and probably drove Ray nuts, but he never showed it. Ray is a very patient, professional and courteous realtor/person. Always there for us, always answered our calls and was always available to show us any property we wanted to see, whether we were going to buy it or not. Very meticulous, and very knowledgeable about the whole real estate business. He was there to help point out pros and cons. Answered any question we had. If he didnt know an answer which was rare, he would always find out and get right back to us. Would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Cherry Hill, NJ.
I've worked with Ray Johnson several times. He is very knowledgeable about properties in the area, and all the ins and outs of buying and selling. He's also very accessible; he always answers calls, and on the rare occasion that you get his voice mail, he returns your call promptly. He's personable and patient, and works hard to help his clients get what they want. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.
We would highly recommend Ray to anyone looking to purchase a home, and especially to first time home buyers!
