Today's housing market is diverse and complicated, so you need an agent who is willing to guide you through the entire process. Ray has the ability to match the potential of a house with the needs of a client – that means showing you what a house can be in addition to what it already is.  He does this with a true passion not only for his client but in his personal life as well.

To that end, Ray has ten years of experience in the purchasing, design, general contracting, building, remodeling, and managing of residential properties. He began his career in the home building industry with his family's construction company, Skyline Homes. Their work included the building of custom homes in La Habra Heights, Chino Hills, and Sunny Hills, as well as focusing on complete remodels, gourmet kitchens and luxury master retreats. In addition, Ray has managed over 50 rental units, some of which he currently owns personally. Ray knows how to build homes from the ground up and from the inside out – and this is the experience he is able to share with his clients.

Ray has a tremendous track record of success in the real estate market and has also been appointed to four committees for the California Association of Realtors for the 2013 calendar year.

When Ray is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife Krista and daughter Reagan.  You can usually find him at all Ducks home games, cheering on his favorite hockey team!
